These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of EverAfter, the wedding planning service operated by FitFindAI ("we", "us", "the seller"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms. You are contracting with FitFindAI.

1. The service

EverAfter is a wedding planning application providing checklists, budget planning, guest and supplier management, a public RSVP page, seating and timeline tools, document storage and an AI planning assistant ("Evie"). Features available to you depend on your plan (Free, Premium or Lifetime).

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You may invite collaborators to your wedding workspace; you are responsible for the access you grant them.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive, or to send spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the service's security, including introducing malware, probing or scanning vulnerabilities, or scraping the service;
• reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or circumvent technical limits of the service;
• use the AI assistant to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech or malware, or to attempt to bypass its safeguards.

4. AI assistant (Evie)

Evie uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for inspiration and general guidance only — they are not professional advice (legal, financial or otherwise). You are responsible for your prompts, for having the rights to any content you submit, for how you use the outputs, and for verifying anything important before relying on it. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that misuse the AI features. If you believe content generated through the service infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and remove it where appropriate; repeated infringement may lead to account termination.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You retain ownership of the content you add (notes, guest lists, images, documents); you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

6. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) and our Refund Policy. Premium is a monthly subscription that renews until cancelled; Lifetime is a one-off payment for one wedding. Cancelling Premium takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.

7. Service level

We work hard to keep EverAfter available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. When your account ends, your wedding data is deleted; please export anything you need first.

10. General

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you rights in your own country.
