30-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — for both the Premium monthly subscription and the Lifetime one-off purchase. After 30 days, refunds are handled at our discretion in line with Paddle's Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy).

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your purchase, or contact us via the support options in the app and we'll help.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription, via the billing portal. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep Premium access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
